Vehicle Smart Security System or in short, VeSS, is a device equipped with sophisticated technology that not only pinpoints the precise location of a stolen vehicle but also issues timely warnings about any unauthorized movement. VeSS combines all the recent technology concept such as the vehicle movement detector, Short Messaging Service (SMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) into a small box that is installed into the vehicle. The vehicle's engine system can detect unwanted vehicle movement that is not done by the owner itself automatically. A message through SMS will be sent to the owner containing the vehicle's coordinate that can be directly accessed through Google Maps for mobile phone and computer users. This device will then cut off the engine after detecting unwanted vehicle movement automatically.
